Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Reach out to potential customers, present our products and close sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Customer Support: Answer inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Application Processing: Handle application details, payment processing, and follow-up to ensure timely handling of the benefits.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Entry Level would be considered, but 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or a similar field is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges and address customer concerns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and Web Browsers
